Mr. Bilderbeck,

First, thanks so much for these lessons. I wish I would have had them years ago. Like you. I just gave up and got disgusted. That and trying to find someone who actually could play as well as teach is so hard to find. Especially for woman. I find, and I may be wrong, that most men don't want to teach women. I just want to play because I have always wanted to play. I love the guitar. I don't care if I am ever heard. I am to old, anyway. I just want to play. All that being said. Where do I go on your website for the blank diagrams so I can write down what I'm learning?
Again, thanks.

sincerely,
gail b.

L&M Lesson One:

JB,

After years of training in classical piano, I can say that without a doubt, the basics in lesson 1, when practiced slowly, will build fine motor skills in too many ways to enumerate. If you can play the entire lesson with integrity, your fingers have learned tons of discipline and muscle memory, and I suspect that the balance of this course will be eually exquisite. Thank you for your recommendations and bonus videos etc!

After being able to play Rachmaninoff on the piano, it's humbling to find that I am technically unable to play much of anything cohesive on the guitar yet, let alone much of lesson 10's Cannon in D ( yes I am guilty of jumping ahead for a peak ) and it's very refreshing to be an absolute beginner and to know that I have so many more skills to learn.

As Homer Simpson says.... "DOH!"
