Login Problems?

Here's some ideas for login problems.

If you have purchased FD Insider, you should login at www.Fretboard-Domination.com

General Login Problems:

• When you join you receive an email with your login details. You should save that email.
• Your user name and password are Case Sensitive. If you've entered JoeBloGgs as your username, you always have to enter it that way. joebloggs won't work.
• Member copies and pastes the user id or password from the email and picks up leading and / or trailing blank spaces. The blank spaces are interpreted as part of the user id / password. Try typing the username and password manually, exactly as it appears in the signup email
• User Name has a space in it. A user id of Joe Bloggs is different to JoeBloggs.
• Entering the right username and password but are still presented with the login screen – and there is NO error message. This actually means the login has been successful but the member is being redirected back to the login page. If this occurs, clear the browser cache and cookies and try to login again.
• Periodically I delete members who have not logged in to view the FD Silver lessons. So if you haven't visited for around 3 weeks or more, your details will probably have been deleted. Of course, you are welcome to sign up again if you wish.
